Polaris RZR XP Exo Winch Bumper 2019+

2019+ RZR XP, RZR XP Turbo (Will NOT fit Turbo-S)

Our Polaris RZR EXO Winch Bumper was designed to be extremely rigid without sacrificing style. We worked hard to ensure a perfect fit and a no struggle/ no modification installation.

This bumper mounts to the factory locations as well as clamping the frame with the included upper clamps. The winch mounting plate will accept both wide spool and standard winch patterns. Our bumper was designed to fit as close as possible to the machine without losing functionality of any of the stock features.

 Whats in the box:

Winch Bumper, skid plate, mounting hardware kit, and frame clamps.

Non turbo models may require slight trimming of the grill bulge for easier grill removal depending on what winch is used. 

This bumper is made using

 -1020 DOM 1.75" x .095" wall and 1.5" x .095 wall tube.

-Winch plate 1/8" cold rolled & Laser cut steel.

- Lower mounting plate 3/16" steel

-Lower tie down provision/tow hook

-CNC machined clamps for upper bumper support.
-Removable 1/8" brushed aluminum skid plate.

-All Powder Coated items are sandblasted.
